About the Role

The Care Educator (EN) is a key member of Eldercare’s Learning and Development (L&D) Educator Team, delivering high‑quality clinical and care education that builds workforce capability and supports safe, person‑centred care.

You will also deliver targeted, site‑based education as part of the L&D site education calendar, aligned to workforce needs, service priorities, and identified risks. This includes a range of approaches such as toolbox sessions, competency‑based assessments, and practical, hands‑on training.

Beyond formal training, you will act as a trusted educator and mentor, supporting staff capability development and role‑modelling best practice. You will work collaboratively with the L&D team, operational leaders, clinical governance teams, and subject matter experts to ensure education is current, evidence‑based, and aligned with organisational priorities.

This role is suited to an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) who is passionate about education, thrives on building others’ capability, and is committed to improving care outcomes for older people.
