About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Learning & Development team.

In this role, you’ll combine Learning & Development expertise with clinical knowledge to design, develop and deliver contemporary learning solutions that build the capability and confidence of Eldercare’s Clinical and Care workforce.

You’ll contribute to Eldercare’s Mandatory Onboarding and Annual Training Programs delivered at Head Office, as well as develop and deliver site-based toolbox education and targeted learning solutions that respond to identified workforce, clinical practice and site learning needs. Working as part of the Learning & Development team, you’ll apply contemporary adult learning principles to create engaging, practical and relevant learning experiences. This includes facilitating face-to-face learning, developing workplace learning resources, delivering toolbox education, supporting competency-based learning, and evaluating learning effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

You will work collaboratively with other clinical and care educators, subject matter experts, leaders and site teams to translate clinical knowledge, best practice and organisational requirements into meaningful learning that staff can confidently apply in the workplace.

This is a hands-on L&D role requiring strong initiative, collaboration and a solutions-focused approach. To succeed, you’ll be passionate about adult learning and workforce capability, confident engaging and facilitating diverse groups, and committed to supporting best practice through effective education, coaching and mentoring. If you’re passionate about Learning & Development, adult education and building workforce capability, and have the clinical knowledge to support learning within an aged care environment, we’d love to hear from you.
