About the Role

Whether you are a recent graduate or an RN returning to practice, or seeking structured support to rebuild confidence you will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice Program with ANMEC
  • Access structured clinical support, mentoring, and guided re‑orientation to practice
  • Work within a supportive multi‑disciplinary team
  • Provide direct, person‑centred care to residents
  • Collaborate with peers and colleagues across the organisation
  • Build your clinical capability through supervision, coaching, and a comprehensive training program
  • Deliver evidence‑based nursing care
  • Support residents to achieve their individual health and wellbeing goals

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, individualised nursing care, including managing complex care needs such as wound care and pain management. You will also provide supervision and guidance to care staff to ensure excellence in service delivery and resident experience.
