We invite a Clinical Leader to join the team at Eldercare Goodwood in a fixed term full time role where you will lead with empathy, inspire excellence and make a difference every day!

About the Role

As Clinical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalised care for our residents. Leading a team of clinical and care professionals, you’ll oversee care planning, clinical governance, dementia and palliative care practices, and continuous improvement initiatives – all grounded in Eldercare’s values and commitment to excellence.

  • Lead and oversee person-centred clinical care for residents, including assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Support and mentor a team of clinical and care staff, ensuring best practices and professional development
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including Aged Care Standards, medication safety, and Work Health and Safety
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals, residents, and families to optimise outcomes
  • Support dementia and palliative care excellence in line with organisational philosophy
  • Contribute to quality improvement, incident management, and care innovation across the site

What You Will Bring

  • Registered Nurse Level 2 with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ senior clinical experience, preferably in aged care
  • Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities
  • Strong understanding of care planning, accreditation standards, and clinical governance
  • Proficient in IT systems and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Passionate about person-centred care and continuous improvement
