Remuneration: Aged Care Award General Level 3 - $28.62/h (up to $32.67/h with salary packaging)

As Cleaner, you will play a key role in upholding the resort’s immaculate standards, ensuring every common area reflects the high‑end environment our residents expect and enjoy.
About the Role
As a Retirement Living Resort Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of our luxury retirement resort. This position is responsible for ensuring all internal and external areas - including common spaces, resort towers, outdoor community areas, and pool and spa facilities - are maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
You will carry out daily cleaning duties, support seasonal deep‑cleaning activities, assist with event preparation, and work collaboratively with the Retirement Living and Property Services teams. Your work directly contributes to creating a safe, welcoming, and beautifully presented environment for residents, visitors, and staff. In this premium setting, attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering a luxury‑level standard of cleanliness are essential.
What You Will Bring

Experience in cleaning in a commercial environment.

A commitment to delivering a very high standard of cleaning with strong attention to detail

Confidence in carrying out a wide range of indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks

Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

A friendly, professional manner and clear communication skills

Flexibility to support occasional out‑of‑hours work and assist the broader team
- A current SA drivers licence
