Week 1 - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
Week 2 - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You'll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:
- Provide direct care in a dignified & respectful manner
- Deliver excellence in customer service to our residents
- Provide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobility
- Emotional wellbeing and companionship
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment to maximise quality of life
What You Will Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
- Existing working rights in Australia
- A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
