Trade qualifications or extensive relevant experience.

Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP compliance and WHS legislation.

Proven experience managing budgets, costings and stock.

Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage workflows and competing priorities.

Professionalism, empathy and excellent communication skills, enabling positive interactions with residents, families and colleagues.

Creativity and passion for food, with an eye for presentation and a desire to craft engaging dining experiences.

Willingness to work additional or varied hours when required.
