At Eldercare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to older South Australians. As one of the state’s leading not-for-profit aged care providers, we foster a compassionate and inclusive work environment where every team member is valued.

By joining Eldercare, you'll become part of a team that prioritises integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on learning and development, we’ll support you as you grow your career.

About the Role

As a Quality & Improvement Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring Eldercare continues to deliver safe, high‑quality care and meaningful experiences for residents across our aged care homes. Working closely with site leaders, clinical teams, and the broader Governance, Risk and Compliance function, you will support the monitoring of care delivery, evaluate compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and drive continuous improvement across our sites.

Your work will span routine quality audits, targeted monitoring activities, feedback and incident analysis, and the maintenance of various site Continuous Improvement Plans. You will partner with staff and residents to strengthen engagement in quality initiatives and champion a culture where person centred care, continuous improvement, and excellence are at the core of everyday practice.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused role that requires regular travel to Eldercare sites and active participation in resident forums, operational meetings, and compliance activities. You will contribute to quality reporting, support regulatory audits, and collaborate across teams to ensure Eldercare consistently meets - and strives to exceed - industry standards.
