About the Role
This pivotal role supports the smooth and efficient operation of a busy luxury retirement resort environment, ensuring residents, families, staff, and external partners receive exceptional service. You will oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions, provide leadership within the concierge team, and play an active part in maintaining a safe, well‑coordinated community.
Your daily work will involve coordinating office workflows, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring information is handled confidentially. You will help facilitate cooperation across teams, liaise with contractors and service providers, and assist residents with enquiries in a warm, timely, and solutions‑focused manner. You’ll also play an active part in the lifestyle experience of the village by assisting with the coordination of social activities, events, and community programs that help residents stay connected and engaged.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Duties may evolve over time, and you’ll play an active role in shaping efficient, high‑quality operations across the resort.
What You Will Bring

Extensive administration experience in a fast‑paced environment
