About the Role 

As Café Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of Eldercare’s café, ensuring residents and guests enjoy exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the restaurant and retirement resort teams, you’ll manage front and back‑of‑house duties including point‑of‑sale, opening and closing procedures, and coordinating bookings for meetings, functions, and groups. You’ll foster a positive atmosphere, maintain strong relationships with residents, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care.
