About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Learning & Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of Clinical and Care education and training programs. This includes facilitating training sessions as part of Eldercare’s Mandatory Onboarding and Annual Training Programs, as well as developing and delivering site-based, clinical and care education tailored to workforce needs.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll be solutions-focused, motivated to drive best practice, and passionate about empowering others through education. What You’ll Bring:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

Proven clinical experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting

A passion for adult education, with demonstrated experience in delivering training, developing content, and mentoring staff

Cert IV in Training & Assessment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams

Solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team and across multiple sites
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
