About the Role 

As Finance Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the organisation. You’ll provide insightful analysis, partner with operational leaders, and contribute to strategic decision-making that supports Eldercare’s mission and values.

This role will have a primary focus on financial leadership and support within Eldercare’s Retirement Living division, ensuring robust financial management and strategic insight tailored to this key area of the business.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Partner with Retirement Living management to integrate financial insights into daily operations

  • Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives

  • Contribute to industry benchmarking and performance improvement

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

  • Champion Eldercare’s values of Respect, Accountability, and Connection

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce

  • CA or CPA qualification

  • 10+ years in finance roles with strong consulting experience

  •  Experience in the Aged Care or Retirement Living sector (desirable)
