About the Role
As a Roving Clinical Leader, you will be part of a Roving Clinical Team and provide vital hands-on clinical support, leadership and continuity of care across multiple Eldercare locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable aged care nurse with excellent communication and adaptability skills, to step into a diverse mobile leadership role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents, and families using Eldercares Model of Care framework and to be supported by Eldercares extensive site and head office teams.
Key Responsibilities

Work as a hands-on Registered Nurse - Level 2, overseeing and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to a cohort of residents

Utilise your clinical experience and sound interpersonal skills in an engaging leadership position, leading the care and clinical team, whilst also supporting the Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager.

Support, mentor, and inspire clinical staff across sites

Play a key role in resident wellbeing and family engagement

Adapt quickly to each site’s unique culture and needs, making a difference wherever you go

Monday – Friday: No after hours or weekend shifts
What You Bring
-
Registered Nurse Level 2 with minimum 3 years’ current clinical experience, within an Aged Care Environment

Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and care planning skills

Sound understanding of Clinical Governance

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families.

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Flexibility, reliability and a can-do attitude
-
Ability to cover both 7am and 8am shift starts

Ability to travel across all Eldercare sites, including Yorke Peninsula
