About the Role
Join our Learning and Development team as the Administration Lead. We’re seeking an organised and proactive professional to lead the day-to-day administration of learning and workforce capability programs in alignment with our Learning and Development Strategy.
In this key role, you’ll ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of administrative support across all training activities—supporting compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the smooth coordination and delivery of onboarding, mandatory training, and annual workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading a small administrative team

Oversee training schedules, record-keeping, system maintenance, and reporting—delivering a reliable, responsive, and professional service that supports internal stakeholders and contributes to a positive employee learning experience.

Oversee the administrative operations of onboarding and mandatory L&D programs, systems, and schedules.

Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to align training delivery with strategic priorities and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements through accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Coordinate and maintain learning systems, including LMS data, enrolments, and reporting.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, mandatory training, and development initiatives.
What You'll Bring

Experience in a senior administration, training, or coordination role, ideally in aged care, health, education, or compliance-driven sectors. (eg - Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.)

High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail

Proven ability in leading a small team and build collaborative working relationships.
