About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to our residents. You will guide our Personal Care Assistants to provide daily care needs that focus on person-centred care and improving quality of life. You will have a key role in establishing a warm and welcoming home environment for our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support excellence in holistic, person-centred clinical care
- Guide and mentor Care Assistants to promote effective teamwork
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
- Work within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and functional status
- Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team
What You Will Bring
- Working rights in Australia
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing
- Hold a current AHPRA registration
- Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Enrolled Nurse
- A genuine passion for provided person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff
