Eldercare is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our Learning and Development team.
About The Role
The Lead Educator is a Senior Clinical Educator role with line management and program coordination responsibilities in addition to clinical education and delivery functions. This role supports the Learning and Development Manager by providing leadership and oversight to the education and training team, ensuring the effective design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality training across clinical care, hospitality services and other key operational areas.
The Lead Educator plays a key role in fostering a consistent and integrated approach to training delivery and workforce capability development, aligned with Eldercare’s Learning and Development Framework, strategic goals, and regulatory obligations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical education expertise with leadership and program coordination responsibilities—helping to shape and strengthen learning outcomes across Eldercare.

What You Will Bring
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 3 years post registration experience.
- Tertiary Qualifications within education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment, or equivalent experience in training design and delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities, with a preference for experience in leading or coordinating a multidisciplinary team of educators or trainers.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training and education and measuring outcomes, with a preference for this experience to be within a health or aged care setting.
- Previous experience working in the health, aged care and/or community sector.
