About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our Day Therapy operations, delivering exceptional front-line customer and administrative services. With a courteous and welcoming approach, you will provide outstanding service to staff, clients, families, and visitors.
In addition to managing reception and administrative responsibilities for Day Therapy, this dynamic role also offers backup and support to the Customer Service Assistant within our residential aged care facility.
- Ongoing permanent role
- 75 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 04:30 pm
- Co-located at our residential aged care facility Acacia Court - Hendon in our Day Therapy Centre
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude that will strive to provide timely and high-quality support, no matter what the task
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and work autonomously
- A courteous and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, residents, their families and staff
- Ideally a background working in a medical receptionist role

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
