About the Role
As a Roving Clinical Leader, you will be part of a Roving Clinical Team and provide vital support, clinical leadership and continuity of care across multiple Eldercare locations in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable aged care nurse with excellent communication and adaptability skills, to step into a mobile leadership role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents, and families using Eldercares Model of Care framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Registered Nurse - Level 2
- Utilise your clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership position.
- Actively assist and oversee and deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents
- Support, mentor, and inspire clinical staff across sites
- Play a key role in resident wellbeing and family engagement
- Adapt quickly to each site’s unique culture and needs, making a difference wherever you go
- Monday – Friday: No after hours or weekend shifts
What You Bring
- Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably experience in current clinical nursing role
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment with a passion for individualised care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and a can-do attitude
- Ability to cover both 7am and 8am shift starts
- Ability to travel across all Eldercare Northern sites, with an openness to extend to other sites including Yorke Peninsula if needed

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since the date of issue.
