As the Roving Clinical Care Manager, you will work with the site clinical and multidisciplinary teams to assist with the daily operations of the facility.  Utilising your extensive clinical knowledge, you will empower staff to deliver high-quality care that meets and exceeds all required standards and encompasses Eldercares values. With previous experience in leading clinical and care, wellbeing and allied health staff , and with a strong focus on clinical governance and quality standards you develop and support high performing teams and foster a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection. 

The Roving Clinical Care Manager position is a trusted Eldercare role, providing reliability and continuity to sites and is part of a high performing site and organisational clinical governance team. 

It operates Monday to Friday, with site allocations provided well in advance. A mobile phone, laptop and travel allowance are also provided, in addition to salary sacrifice benefits and the opportunity to grow within a well established and respected organisation.

In this role you will need: 

  • Extensive experience in a similar senior clinical leadership  role
  • Minimum 4 years with clinical experience in Aged Care 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing,  mentoring and training staff
  • Excellent understanding of Clinical Governance, quality assurance and Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards  
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised person-centred clinical care
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families.
  • Ability to travel across all Eldercare sites, with ease in adapting to different environments
  • A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
  • IPC Certification through ACIPC or willingness to obtain
