About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Partnering with hiring managers to determine their unique needs and using your innovative skills you will work to create highly successful, engaging, tailored campaigns. As a trusted advisor you will provide advice, guidance and support throughout the process.
You will work closely with stakeholders to manage recruitment within a portfolio of sites across South Australia managing both high-volume recruitment as well as individual roles. With a focus on stakeholder experience your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will contribute to your success.
This is a great opportunity to help shape the recruitment function at Eldercare and contribute to the redesign of processes and development of proactive candidate sources through multiple channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in a similar recruitment role within a team environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns with competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the recruitment process.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
