Eldercare is seeking an exceptional Part time Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team at our Mount Barker facility.

  • Part Time permanent role - 0.8FTE (Tuesday - Friday)
  • Seeking a passionate, customer-centric individual 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our residential aged care site in Mount Barker, in providing excellence in front line customer and administrative services. With a courteous and friendly manner, you will deliver superior customer service to all staff, residents, families and visitors. In addition to reception duties, this varied role will focus on supporting key site functions such as recruitment, ordering, records management and daily accounting functions.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive customer service and administration experience
  • Proven capacity to work autonomously and manage time and competing priorities effectively in a busy environment
  • Experience in using computer-based administration systems
  • An adaptable and positive approach to providing timely and high-quality customer service across a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • A courteous and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
