Are you a Chef looking to enhance your career? We have an opening for a Chef at our brand new site located at Goodwood. This opportunity is a 0.6 FTE working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with additional shifts available to cover leave.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Formal cookery qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
- Experience in a commercial kitchen and/or Aged Care
- A flexible and adaptive nature
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understand the importance of food in people's lives, especially as they age eg: diet types, diet textures, fluid consistencies
- Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary requirements
- A passion for food and presentation
- The ability to take control of the kitchen
