We currently have an opportunity for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our dedicated IT Team in our Head Office located in Eastwood. We are seeking an individual who is highly experienced in providing Enterprise Business Application Administration and Support. As the IT Application Support Analyst you will be part of a team that maintains and develops Eldercares' Business Application Systems, with a focus on SharePoint and Power Apps/Power Automate. This role involves ongoing system administration, maintenance and user support.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing ongoing maintenance and management of our Enterprise Level Business Application Systems with a focus on our existing SharePoint sites, forms, workflows and automation.
- Developing solutions to meet business needs using SharePoint and Power Apps/Power Automate.
- Defining and configuring systems, including workflows, system interfaces, reports, system access, testing, and user training.
- Working with the system Vendors to resolve system issues and bugs and to log business requested system enhancements.
- Collaborating with users to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Reviewing release notes and testing new system versions and updates with key business users prior to their release into Production.
- Identifying innovation opportunities that align with Eldercare’s strategic goals and enhance our business systems.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Information, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience developing and supporting SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Proven experience supporting Enterprise Level Business Applications such as Clinical Systems, ERP, CRM, HR, Rostering, Payroll, Finance or Procurement.
- Experience with Aged Care would be beneficial but is not essential.
- The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Well developed problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
- Excellent organisation skills that allow you to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
