About the role:
- Fixed Term contract from June 2025 til June 2026
- Full time Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:06
- Located at Payneham South
What you will do:
- Utilise your expert clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership role
- Report directly to the Site Operations Manager and be an essential, integral part of the Site Management Team
- Use your leadership expertise to assist with daily operations of the facility ensuring the delivery of care is resident focused and to a high level of exellence while engendering our values
- Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Promote best-practice continuous improvement in clinical care and resident service
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, staff and stakeholders
- Be a highly motivated to develop and support teams in a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection
In this role you will need:
- Experience in a clinical care or leadership role
- A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
- A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to our residents
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
