Are you an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for training and technology in the aged care sector? Looking for a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact?
The Learning and Development Team are looking for a Clinical Systems Trainer to join our team on a Permanent part time (0.5FTE) basis to support the delivery of our L&D mandatory onboarding/annual programs and development of our workforce.
As our Clinical Systems Trainer you will:
- Conduct hands-on training for new staff during onboarding, ensuring they confidently use the eCase Clinical System for documentation and care planning
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care
About you:
- Familiarity with clinical systems, particularly eCase (or similar platforms)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners
- Registration with AHPRA as a Health Professional
- Training or assessment qualifications or equivalent (or willingness to obtain) are an advantage
- A passion for education and continuous learning
