Eldercare - Oxford, is searching for a part time Clinical Leader.  As the Clinical Leader, you will be an integral part of our site management team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents, and families with the support of our Associate Site Operations Manager and Site Operations Manager.

Days of work

Wk 1 Tues, Wed Thurs- 0700-1506

Wk 2 Wed, Thurs, Fri – 0700-1506

Key aspects of the role:

  • Work as a Registered Nurse - Level 2
  • Have a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised nursing care to our residents. 
  • Actively lead and mentor staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped and empowered to deliver the best resident-focused care. 
  • Utilise your clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership position.
  • Centralised support for operational areas including Palliative Care, Continuous Improvement, Rostering, Human Resources and Work Health Safety
  • Part-Time ongoing role 

The successful candidate:

  • Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
  • Genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since the date of issue.
