About the role:

  • Full-time permanent role
  • Conveniently located in Eastwood with undercover parking
  • Deliver customer-focused projects across aged care homes and retirement living villages.

Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you will deliver customer-focused project services across Eldercare’s residential aged care homes and retirement living sites.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are well planned and developed, and delivered to the agreed standards, on time and on budget. Whilst ensuring projects are designed and completed to current accreditation and compliance requirements, you will maintain a focus on customer service and outcomes.

As a client-side project representative, you will develop and implement communication tools to ensure that Eldercare stakeholder input is well managed, and that project documentation and delivery meet Eldercare operational and strategic objectives.

Utilising your strong organisational skills, you will develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress against agreed milestones to ensure projects achieve the desired outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • University qualifications in project management relevant to the building and construction industry.
  • Experience in the building and construction industry, particularly associated with the project management of high quality aged care buildings and refurbishments.
  • A background in the project management, design, documentation, construction or contract administration of building projects.
  • Excellent project management skills in a fast paced client-side project management environment
  • High level communication skills with proven ability in engaging with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to achieve agreed project objectives.
  • A high degree of creativity with a proven ability to develop high level concepts, master plans and site redevelopment options in order to support the strategic development objectives of Eldercare.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
