About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Retirement Living, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the proactive sourcing, administration and some marketing aspects of the sales of our retirement living homes. The Sales Coordinator will work with the Retirement Living Manager and Admin Support to ensure a seamless entry process for our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
The successful candidate will have a background in customer service or sales, with a passion for forming high quality relationships during this emotional transition in our residents’ lives.
The Sales Coordinator will be extremely organized with a drive for results. The successful candidate will also have:
- Strong administrative background
- Ability to coordinate sales programs and achieve sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven capability of managing workloads to achieve priorities
- Current experience using Microsoft Office suite and CRM
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage enquirers
- High attention to detail
- Some experience in the retirement living industry
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
