Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Admissions Coordinator: 

  • Eastwood 
  • Permanent Full-Time role 
  • Support individuals and their families with their journey into residential care

You will be responsible for the accurate and prompt processing of residential enquiries and applications, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service through liaison with internal and external customers. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will support applicants entering aged care at Eldercare by connecting them to appropriate vacancies that arise and assisting them with the admissions process. Pursuing best practice and continuous improvement will enable you to ensure the Admissions function operates in an effective and efficient manner. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • previous experience working with people in a health-related field, preferably aged-care
  • a customer-focused mindset that strives to deliver exceptional service every time 
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to and empathise with applicants
  • sound organisational and time management skills that enable you to manage competing demands
  • a results-driven work ethic that seeks continuous improvement

To work for Eldercare, you are required to hold an acceptable National Police Clearance and working with vulnerable people clearance as specified by NDIS.  You will also be required to comply with relevant vaccination requirements as per Eldercare policy with included vaccination for both seasonal influenza and COVID-19.
