Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to deliver quality, professional customer service and sales administrative support to our growing Retirement Living Team.

Reporting to the Retirement Living Manager, the Retirement Living Customer Support role recognizes the importance of great service to support high levels of resident engagement and strong sales results. Your excellent administration skills will make sure that no opportunity is missed and the team is well supported to help deliver business and team targets.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience delivering high level customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organise resident meetings and functions as well as associated activities
  • Experience in assisting external stakeholders with day-to-day resident enquiries
  • High level of initiative and competence in managing workloads to achieve multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in utilising Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, discretion and confidentiality with respect to sensitive matters
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in the property sales or retirement living sector will be highly regarded

To work for Eldercare, you are required to hold an acceptable National Police Clearance and working with vulnerable people clearance as specified by NDIS.  You will also be required to comply with relevant vaccination requirements as per Eldercare policy with included vaccination for both seasonal influenza and COVID-19.
