About the role:

  • Full-time permanent role
  • Head Office location in Eastwood
  • Deliver customer-focused project support across aged care homes and retirement living villages.

Reporting to the Manager - Project Management Office, you will deliver customer-focused project services across Eldercare’s residential aged care homes and retirement living sites supporting Eldercare's model of care.

This position provides support, planning and coordination for the Project Team ensuring activities are undertaken to enable to completion of tasks and achieve agreed outcomes on time, on budget, to quality standards and within the agreed scope.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in supporting the planning and coordination of projects and activities
  • Experience coordinating meetings, reports and papers for governance requirements
  • Ability to tract actions and maintain PMM systems
  • High level communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies
  • Proven experience working with Prince 2 or PMBOK or Agile and Microsoft Office products.
