  • Diverse role providing efficient, effective, and high-quality support to our Operational Services Executive.

Our Operational Services Executive is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a “can-do” attitude. Primarily supporting the Operational Services Executive, you will assist with diary management, minute taking, coordination of meeting papers and reports. You will also be asked to provide administrative support to the Operational Services Management Team with managing the document library, review/edit of documentation, invoice processing and organisation of meetings and events.

About You:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role providing executive and high-level office administration support
  • A proactive “can-do” approach and strong customer service focus
  • Sound organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships with all stakeholders 
  • A great attention to detail
  • Well-developed IT skills

To work for Eldercare, you are required to hold an acceptable National Police Clearance and working with vulnerable people clearance as specified by NDIS.  You will also be required to comply with relevant vaccination requirements as per Eldercare policy with included vaccination for both seasonal influenza and COVID-19.
