Eldercare, a leading not for profit South Australian aged care provider is seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader for their Payroll department. The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for end to end payroll processes for all 1900 Eldercare employees in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
About the role
- Based at our Head Office in Eastwood
- Undercover onsite parking available
- Lead a team of 3 Payroll Officers
- Month/year end reconciliations and reporting
- Lead and assist with payroll improvement projects
- Identify process improvements
- Ensure the payroll system accurately reflects relevant awards and other applicable regulations
- Partner with and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Promote effective teamwork to achieve organisational and finance team goals
About you
- Experienced in end to end payroll processing and reporting, minimum 3 years experience
- Strong analytical and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate
- Exceptional people skills and a customer service focus
- High level written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adhere to systems and processes
- Team Player
- Posses a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience in Aurion payroll systems and HumanForce rostering would be an advantage

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
