Clinical Trainers - for eCase software

 Eldercare is seeking Trainers to facilitate training of Eldercare staff in the our new clinical system eCase.

  • Full time or part time negotiable at FTE 0.6
  • 12 month contract

Eldercare is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our Clinical System Replacement project team to deliver and train all new and existing Eldercare employees on our new Clinical System eCase prior to and after the system has been implemented at each site.

The role is perfect for an RN or EN who has the passion and drive to support and coach other employees and will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition from one system to another.

About the Role:

  • Training new and existing Eldercare employees
  • Explaining the processes in a way that is easy to understand
  • Demonstrating effective use of eCase system
  • Providing feedback, coaching and mentoring
  • Continual improvement of the training sessions
  • Leading and managing small to medium group sizes
  • Providing a motivating and enthusiastic approach to delivering the training

About You

  • Experience in user-centred training content for clinical systems desirable
  • Ability to facilitate classroom and onsite training
  • Experience in rollout of training alongside project delivery
  • Ability to achieve deadlines, effectively manage work priorities and coordinate training schedules and delivery making updates as required
