As a Clinical Care Manager, you will assist with the daily operations of the facility whilst seeking continuous improvement in clinical care and resident-centred service. Utilising your extensive clinical knowledge, you will empower staff to deliver high-quality care that meets and exceeds all required standards and engenders our values. With previous experience in leading nursing and care staff, you develop and support high performing teams and foster a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection. 

This is a Roving Clinical Care Manager position operating Monday to Friday. The role reports to our Clinical Care Consultant who will provide you with ongoing guidance and mentoring. You will be part of a high performing team, know in advance where you will be placed, and be provided with a mobile phone and laptop as well as a generous travel allowance.

In this role you will need: 

  • Extensive experience in a senior clinical care role
  • A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
  • 4 years with clinical experience - Aged Care experience an advantage
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.

  • Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
