As the Associate Site Operations Manager,  you will be an integral part of our site management team at our 225 bed Aged Care Facility located in Glengowrie. You will work closely with the Site Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of the facility and ensure the delivery of high quality services that meet and exceed all required Aged Care standards.

With sound clinical experience, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of care and other support services to residents, and provide leadership that is underpinned by, and consistent with the Eldercare Values. You will actively lead and mentor staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped and empowered to deliver the best resident-focused care.  Eldercare offers a well-supported working environment where high standards of employee performance and resident care are consistently maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience at a senior clinical care level (5+ years minimum).
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
  • Formal Leadership qualifications
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and mentor a team
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
