Due to internal growth Eldercare is seeking HR professionals with demonstrated career experience in the following roles to register their interest for our current and future opportunities;

  • Human Resources Consultant
  • Human Resources Advisor
  • Learning & Development Officer
  • Employee Experience Lead/Advisor
  • Industrial Relations Specialist
  • Human Resources Administrator

In these roles you will partner with site leaders to deliver best practice HR consultancy services in the areas of employee and industrial relations, change management, investigations and disciplinary processes, performance development, remuneration and benefits, and staff recruitment and selection, employee experience and retention.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.

As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:

  • Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year
  • Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines

Exemptions on a temporary or permanent basis can only be approved by Eldercare’s Chief Executive.
