Eldercare is seeking a customer service expert to join our Residential Services team at our Residential Aged Care Facility located in Evanston Park.

About the role:
- Work life balance in a permanent part time role.
- 30 hours per fortnight (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
- Located at Eldercare's Residental Aged Care Facility Evanston Park.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our Residential Services by providing excellence in front line customer service and administrative assistance. With a courteous and friendly manner, you will deliver superior customer service to all staff, clients, families, and visitors.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A can-do attitude that will strive to provide timely and high-quality support.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and work autonomously.
- A courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, their families and staff.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:

- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
