Eldercare Cottage Grove at Woodcroft is looking for a Clinical Leader to backfill a parental leave contract concluding in October 2024.

 

Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurse Level 2 to join the team at Eldercare Cottage Grove, Woodcroft.

As Clinical Leader, you will be an integral part of our site management team at our 101 bed Aged Care Facility located in Woodcroft. You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents and families under the direction and support by our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager.

With sound clinical experience, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, individualised nursing care to our residents. You will actively lead and mentor staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped and empowered to deliver the best resident-focused care.  Eldercare offers a well-supported working environment where high standards of employee performance and resident care are consistently maintained.

  • Located at our Woodcroft site.
  • Full time, Fixed Term until 28th October 2024
  • Utilise your clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff.
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
