We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant to build strong relationships with staff and residents.

Eldercare now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant to join the team. This is a full-time position that facilitates improvements across our metropolitan Adelaide and Adelaide Hills facilities.
To deliver a quality service in this role you will:
- Coordinate, promote and facilitate Eldercare’s Continuous Improvement Program
- Assist in quality surveys, audits and accreditation preparation
- Manage feedback and complaints from a range of stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports to operational and corporate divisions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with facilitating and promoting continuous improvement of current processes and procedures (desirable)
- Knowledge of and/or experience within the aged care residential environment (desirable)
- Ability to support, encourage, motivate and influence others and be a positive role model
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong professional relationships
- A current driver’s licence to enable travel to Eldercare sites in both suburban and country locations

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.

- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
