Eldercare is looking for a skilled IT Data Analyst / Engineer who can handle various tasks related to Eldercare’s data needs,
such as business intelligence, reporting, data management, data warehousing and data integration.

In this role, you will report to the Data and Analytics Manager and be an integral part of a broader IT team. You will be required to provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business users, to work with them to elicit and understand business requirements and incorporate those requirements into working solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a data role such as Data Analytics, Report Writing (PowerBI, Tableau, etc), Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, etc
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Information, Computer Science, or a related field and / or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- Exposure to Azure Data Tools such as Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lakes, etc.
- Exposure to or strong theoretical knowledge of databases, data warehouse concepts, data integration concept, business intelligence and reporting tools and concepts.
- Database query language (SQL) and ETL skills
- Integration programming skills such as API’s, REST, XML, Json, etc

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:
